I'm crying and laughing cuz this happened to me. I was 21 years old, just got my first job working at a restaurant and I went from 170 to 250. That scared the living shit out of me.😱 I didn't even notice it happened to it until I saw a Christmas photo of myself with friends 😲. I'm 210 now but mind you I'm 6'1 so it doesn't look bad on me but I'm telling you like when you get some good ass food 50% off or free with unlimited free drinks and you're constantly working double shifts all day in your early 20s no time to grocery shop or cook.... it just happens. Do NOT eat at your job if you work at a restaurant.

Well fat free doesn't mean it's not full of other nutrients, you can get fat eating too much protein, too much lipids, it's the calory ratio to your metabolism and your activity that does count in this case. There's things that are zero calory where they add aspartam for example so you don't get sugar but instead you get cancer.
