The teacher should be in prison. She is a predator. The school leadership also needs to be investigated. These parents are so kind and pleasant and they should be enraged. That baby boy should not have gone through that.

A 5 yr old boy should not have broken bones from misbehaving at school. Hospital staff routinely report to Child Protective Services any suspicious injury that may have been caused by another person to a child.

I won a FAPE case against AISD and received no relief for the emotional and financial burden this caused. Public education is so dysfunctional and continues to squander the greatest resource in our country. I regret not homeschooling my son. As a single parent I did not think I could work and take on this task. The harm done by the public school experience has taken years to unravel.

I AM deeply sorry that this happened to this five year old child with loving parents. This is unacceptable, and they should have a law suit. I also would reconmened a new school or home school . Was this teacher or whoever fired?.SAD😢❤❤.

My daughter finger got broke by a bully and the principal tried to protect and hide the bully so I went to the school district and everyone that let my child all day was dealt with

I’m very sorry to hear this concerning your son, but it is just a fact that our black children suffer especially black boys under the care of white educators in the public school system. Myself am a retired educators but before going back to college. I remembered the hardship my son & I went through under the mistreatment of a few white teachers and just being in the wrong school. As a parent once you start to asking questions and investigating what is happening concerning the things your child has reported to you then the faculty and staff will brand your your child. I remember my son collarbone gotten broken at that same Elementary school and the school coach didn’t believe him the coach had the audacity to push down on my child shoulder in disbelief that my son was hurting. My son is now 44 yrs old. I will keep your children in my prayers.

As parents we look at teachers as having motherly instincts, for our children when we leave them in their hands. For her to break his fingers and inflict pain on a child like this is heartless, and nobody seeked to help him...seems like a school system that dosen't put the children first. Now put the shoes on the other feet, if it was her child how would she feel! I'm so sorry that this child had to go through this, I sympathize with the parents and hope they get justice.🙏
