Having to spend Æmber to resolve an issue GG CREATED, even if by mistake, of printing multiple copies of one deck with no guarantee of getting it back, which would also cause other people with the copy to potentially lose ownership is just ridiculous. Maybe I should be glad that I missed the WoE crowdfunding and am unlikely to be able to buy decks for a while in my country. I'd probably wait out the next crowdfunding too, and if after weeks or maybe a month no one find duplicates in Grim Reminders, then I'll buy one

We don't know if they get refunded the cost anyway, but assigning a shard cost to it helps reduce unwarranted claims and workload for what is likely a small company team. I don't see a issue there. The fact that duplicate prints exist is obviously concerning.

I can confirm that when my first request was denied, I was refunded the 1 aember shard. I do not know how the process works with the second stage as it is still in the review stage. I have seen on that they have a solution to these duplicate decks which involves making them a 'Twin' of the deck. I believe you have to send the Archon card to them and then they send you a new Archon card with the 'Twin' in the title and a new QR / Code so that ownership can be claimed. I expect this to happen for the Aemberling Deck.

Wow, what a clown show. I'm due to get my pledge delivered tomorrow. The launch of WoE and delivery of pledges has been really disappointing from a UK perspective

The fact UK customs held it for three weeks is obviously part of that impact. The issues with multi language crowd funding is something they've raised in the Grim Reminders campaign and is the biggest cause of the stagger between the US and everyone else.

It has been a very long year with many setbacks since the campaign closed. The delays in UK customs might have been down to incorrect paperwork which I am sure they will correct for next time. I think they have learnt a lot, which they freely admit and I do expect Grim Reminders to be a much smoother campaign. Though I do still have worries about trying to build the community without an form of store Organized Play and hope this is something they address soon.
