You are seeing video not before, but after the shooting occurred when officers placed crime scene tape around the area which no one is allowed to enter. The shooting took place when pedestrians were on the sidewalk.

There's more gun related deaths in those Republican states than democratic states. Texas has 73% more gun related deaths than CA. The states with highest homicides CA is ranked 16. Despite the fact is the most populated state in the nation. And keep in mind, those red republican states are the most welfare recipients in the nation, with a lower life span compare to democratic states. The high taxes in CA also goes to SUBSIDIZE those poor republican states. And the bigger the city, the more crime. Do your homework, and stop repeating the same nonsense because it sounds good to you.
