When I was at school people like this would be counted for the number of repetitions and hesitations, noise words like “kind of”. It about one a second and really tiring to listen to. The other thing to count is buzz words interactive collaboration, “ex ante”. How does anyone pay him to do this, like a juggler who drops everything

This is an academic presentation. People understand the jargon. Ex-ante means before. The presenter is a leading scholar in the field. He is Turkish, so it is probably harder for him to speak with native fluidity.
