I think a good way of explaining getting your foot down on an inside pitch is to get it down faster than the middle and away pitch. You did did a good job of explaining the aggressive approach is takes to do that

The problem with my swing is that when I rotate my hips, my swings are so much slower, but if I use my arms I can swing it so much faster, and I know that isn’t good, any tips on making my hips faster when I’m swinging?

You have no idea what you are talking about. The first rule of hitting an inside fastball is keeping your front shoulder down. During the video your front shoulder is pulling up. Why are you doing videos if you have no clue how to hit an inside fastball. What are your credentials? To anyone watching this video, do not listen.
