The lyrics are not weak she freestyled this song directly from the heart in the studio which is why its so raw and full of emotion. She also was not off key. Good song Keyshia this is one of your best performances I've seen in a while listening to you perform these words is like teading my journal keep on keeping on keysh

I can't really judge her on this performance because shes going through alot and it shows. It looked liked it was really hard for her to perform this, because I think the words hit her hard every time. It looked like she wanted to cry. Overall I love the song, it's beautiful.

The more you can do for others makes you better and if you a rapper that makes you more lyrical.Because artist gets to perform on her show that's a blessing that's doing something for others. This is why Queen Latifah is so great as a rapper.

Until you have walked a mile in her shoes it is not fair to judge. Going through a divorce is like experiencing a death. It's obvious there is hurt in her voice as she sings. I love the song and wish her the best.

Part of the problem is we should NEVER put all of our trust in another human being. We fail and others fail - some of that is part of the human condition. Marriage vows are not realistic for "most" people. A lot of people can't even commit to getting to work on time next week, so how are they going to commit to love, honor and cherish someone until death? Even the rare cases where couples are together for 20-30 years, that does NOT mean they always honored their vows. It simply means that even if they did NOT honor their vows, they chose to stay together instead of getting a divorce. When you love and cherish yourself first, another person can never have total power over you. It has nothing to do with gender, race, sexuality...it can apply to all people. Never put all of your hopes and dreams into another person.

I see a lot of people saying the lyrics let's go back to when music was like this. People really didn't have to try to put all these metaphors and similes in their songs it was just real and had meaning. If you listen to the stuff today it really doesn't make sense. I'd choose a realistic song with meaning over something like lil wayne or nicki although I like to listen to them now and then I want something real.
