I trained in KFM a long time ago before the Andy/justo split and it seems to me now that justo went down a very esoteric path where for some reason you’re lowering yourself to the ground to trip the person or hammer fisting their leg all the while expecting them to stay still.

There is a huge difference between martial arts and self defense this is self defense not martial arts as in not for competitions but for life or death situations

Oh, but it does work! Didn’t you see how effective it was when Batman used it?

Not everyone you might encounter on the street is a trained fighter. Surely it can happen but still I'd like to see if an MMA Fighter's bare knuckles remain undamaged after crushing against a solid elbow. Don't underestimate the "Pensador" it is a very powerful and solid defense.

in general i would agree But Keysi uses alot of hammer fists and Ellbows Aint nothing wrong with that plus they use a real tight guard around the head

People these days love to learn something like this till they get stabbed or beaten to death then they finally realize what they've learnt is bullshit.
@fabreddos4 жыл бұрын
@@counterkidnapping1737 that's right, when a person is near to a realistic fight , he always forget those techniques , and just uses stick movements , then , where it appears the sparring in the most of mac dojos?? the people have to learn how to fight in a real situation.
