Back on the slopes! Me and the Mrs sat down to watch something with dinner and were excited to see ski video pop up! This will be the first year in 2 that we get to ski and are hyped! Last yeah the Mrs was preggo and the year before we both injured a leg right before ski season started (hers on a trampoline and mine longboarding). Thanks for getting us hyped for season start! From east skiing. That hardpack at Araphoe sounded like home. You can tell how icy it is by the sound. This isnt icy. Good old fashioned ice has an unmistakable sound.

honestly, nothing specific. thats why i dont really talk about that much - im sure there are a lot of people who disagree with what i do. i just follow a traditional body building type split (legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms etc.) just what ive always done for really the better part of 10 years now. i dont believe in exercising just to get ready for ski season. its a year round lifestyle!
