Hi Cindy. Other than the fact that the basement would be unfinished for the this price, are there other finishes, fixtures, etc. that would not be included at this price point? Also, I realize that this video was posted 7 months ago and that prices are rapidly changing. Thank you.

Thank you for your question! Currently the base starting price for the Keystone 2 in this community is $825,000. They currently have a lot of incentives. For instance, on a on a to be built home where you pick everything, you can get a free finished basement or if you don't want the basement, you can use $40,000 towards other options. They have an additional $10,000 off options on their next 2 sales. Plus, they have 3% towards loan costs if you were to use their lender.
