My KFC always makes everything fresh when I get it delivered. When fresh the fries are probably the best fries out there. An 8.5 for me. Got the combo a few days ago.

On your point of them not showing what it truly looks like - interestingly in the UK, KFC always picture their products showing the exact way they are served to you - boxes and everything (albeit touched up, of course). I wonder why that hasn't translated across to the US?

I had the full combo on Tuesday and thankfully it was all fresh and hot. I prefer these strips over their usual ones any day of the week. However even when fresh, their fries just aren’t good.

@@JoeisHungry You have to put it in something. It's like getting chinese food and you order french fries. In the store super crisp, but within 10 minutes the crisp is gone. Remember when KFC used actual buckets? The lid had some holes to let the steam escape. But the buckets are expensive. Now everything is in some sort of box without a steam release.
