zinger burger recipe, kfc style zinger burger , zinger burger kaise banayein , kfc style zinger burger banane ka tareeqa, chicken burger, easy chicken burger recipe..
serving:- 4-5 burgers
Ingredients:-
400 g chicken thighs or breast ( 1 tsp salt + 1 tbsp vinegar + enough water )
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp crushed chili
1 tsp garlic paste or powder
1 tsp garlic paste or powder
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sou sauce
1 tsp mustard paste
2 eggs
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp plain flour
FOR DRY COATING:
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
FOR MAYO DIP:
4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp mustard paste
MAYONNAISE
LETTUCE OR CABBAGE
CHEESE SLICE
BURGER BUN
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
