Doesn't say you can't buy/sell guns at trade shows. It simply means you have to go through a licensed dealer as a middle man so that a background check can be conducted. This is so you don't have felons, terrorists, psychopaths or any joe blow crazy person getting their hands on a firearm...using gun shows as a way to get around the proper screening protocols. The news station conveniently left out that important piece of information.
