I was there 2005. Took pictures of a crescent moon statue in the lobby when we were leaving. Got home found a man’s face. It was like a mist or smoke. It was men wearing a hat. Looked to be early 1900’s maybe. It was perfectly detailed. I saw a mustache and eyes. The picture was on a floppy disc years ago. Last time I looked it had faded out

We didn't stay at the hotel but visited and walked throughout the building. It's beautiful and busy. Our last day in town, I took a picture of the building from the trolley and can see a face in one of the windows. You just never know. Plus, the Conductor on the local train tour is also a ghost tour guide and shared some of his experiences with us. This is a great place and we will stay the next time we're in town.

Just got back from staying here and taking the ghost tour. I saw these bottles..kind of creepy when you hear the story. I had minimal paranormal experience, as I expected I would. I have been helping people rid their homes of evil spirits for decades so spirit entities tend to lay low when I am around. They like to entertain the more easily spooked variety😜👻 It was a ton of fun!

Also went 2010 or 2011. Oct 29th. Our room had wasps all over. So we changed rooms. Still wasp. The house cat stayed with each in both rooms until we left. Just ODD

I laugh every time I see one of these Crescent Hotel haunted videos. For three years I was a maintenance man at the Crescent back in 1983-86. And as part of my pay, they let me have a room down in the basement by the hotel laundry my room was next door to the “morgue” but back then the morgue was the maintenance workshop & the walk in freezer was our tool crib. My room one door down from the morgue is a room they were not renting so I lived down there the whole time I worked there. As a live-in maintenance man, I was in every room, on every floor & in every nook & cranny of that place doing some kind of work or other, & I NEVER once saw a ghost, had a creepy feeling, heard voices, saw orbs or walked through cold spots, NOTHING in the three years I worked & lived there. So I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t make money off of ghost tours, so just the hype of people trying to convince you the hotel is haunted, is enough for some people to see things that aren’t there. If you were never told that the hotel is haunted, would you see ghosts there??

So because you worked there for 3 years 40 years ago and never experienced anything.. that means it is not haunted & every one else is lying?

@@BobRodhamClinton No. 40 years ago there was no mention of any hauntings or ghosts other than Michael, & he was more of a joke than reality. It just seemed after the new owners bought it in 1997 & they learned of the odd history of the hospital deaths did they start pushing & advertising ghost tours & ghost happenings, it was never discussed before that. Now the years of brainwashing people about the hauntings & drilling it into everybody’s mind, it’s become the most haunted hotel in America, when 40 years ago nobody ever heard of it. It just all seems strange, after putting the notion in people’s minds, they just accept the fact that there are strange happenings going on & not their minds playing tricks on them. There was great expense for profit put into the tales & ghost tours.

No, nobody is lying, I believe, they believe, what the hotel has convinced them to believe. 40 years ago when I worked there, there was no talk of ghosts other than Michael & he was more of a joke than reality. Over the years the horrible stories of what went on there as a hospital have just spiraled into these alleged ghost stories. I am just one person who has never experienced anything there & there are many others too who never saw anything. But there are several who did see & feel things, so who is to say what is real, not me, mine is just one opinion, nothing more.

@@BobRodhamClinton No, nobody is lying. I just never saw anything or felt anything. I was all over the hotel in the 3 years I worked there, you’d think something would have happened that I’d notice. Chill

@@BobRodhamClinton I believe, people believe, whatever the hotel wants them to believe. When I worked there, there was no talk of ghosts other than Michael & he was more of a joke than reality. Over the years the stories just grew until they are what they are today, hype.

My wife & I were there in 2008 and I had a similar experience. While we were walking down the stairs I was touched on the shoulder by what felt like a hand. There were people in front of us as well as behind us and we were all making our way down the stairs. However the people in front were 3 steps down and the people behind us were 3 steps up. My initial reaction was to spin around to find out why someone touched me. However, I quickly realized they weren't close enough to reach me, nor would they have had time to touch me and then jump back in order to appear as if nothing had occurred. Let's just say I know something out of the ordinary happened and to this day I still do not have a rational or logical explanation for it.
