LOL. I love that Montecito is labeled as upscale and "quaint." LITERALLY ONE OF THE MOST EXCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE.

Very nice hotel review. I lived in Los Angeles as well as Orange County, California for several years. And, I was fortunate enough to drive along the scenic ocean view PCH to visit San Fran's tourist sites. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to visit the Biltmore. But it looks superb. Thanks for sharing. (On a side note, I read somewhere that there is a mass exodus of people moving out of California for some reason. Not sure if it is the drought, economy, or something else.)
