The fact that Perkins and everyone on the team apparently cried in the locker room when he got traded shows how important he was to the core, the vets, and the city. I was never a huge fan, I always thought he was so lacking on offense that he wouldn't even make a good decoy. I remember in the Al Jefferson days moving on from him to a big guy that couldn't score at all, but he tried hard on defense. I'll give him that.
