I agree, the beat could have been a bit more fleshed out and shit before Brahm hopped on it. Feel like it was a bit half assed on Kyle's part, transition wise, hardly any processing on the vox like a noise gate etc. Bit of a shame but hopefully they work together again.

Definitely finish this. He needs more time to get comfortable you can tell he was very reserved (not in a bad way it was just his first time so duh) it may take a few sessions. He has it in him, he just needs work on getting it out.

The one critique I have is you could tell the creative process was held back, by the “newness” of your house, the video recording, studio session etc. That video where he was in his car, he was comfortably singing and rapper. You can hear it in his inflections, demeanor, poise, and sound. Give him this track and let him work at home for a week or so, guaranteed you get the song he can really do. Takes time to deliver great songs in studio sessions, if you’ve only had the comfort of your own privacy to create.

Def finish it! Mans got a solid voice, I think If you give him a bit of time to sit with it and come up with a solid rap verse its going to be gold. A lot of pressure being in the studio coming up with lyrics + recording on the spot. I think if he had time to take it home and write some bars on it then send you the verse it will be a wrap.
