If you sell/give away sample/loop packs I think you have no rights to what people do with it. It’s like giving your homeboy a bag of weed, saying it’s free then after he smokes it, asking him for the cash. That’s shady. If I make a hit track from a loop in Logic Pro, I do NOT have to clear the loop. As long as you aren’t just rebranding the sample pack as if you made it, there should be no problem.
