I hate it when the MC dies at the end of any movie. But, this is the only movie that if Rocky didn't die at the end the series it would makes no sense. The story opens and closes with a couple of hints that foreshadow and should confirm his death. "That day two things happened that place was found and he was born...that day two things happened that place was gone and so was he." Then there are the words of his mom: "no one will have the opportunity to carry his urn, as he will walk to his own death on his own terms." Also, the first quote of his mom from both films "when you die you have to be to wealthiest most powerful man in the word" linked to "The sea glitters because it is filled with gold" "I will bring you all the gold in the world." This boys wanting to fulfil his mom's wishes to some degree never grew up and remained a boy, which makes the final scene in the water when he dies so much more. There is a clip at that part that shows the boy Rocky holding reaching out and grabbing his mothers hand finally reuniting with her." The symbolism there is dripping. In regards to Chapter 3 I think they set it up all in the post credit scene. There was a time skip of 3 years, that is when I believe the story will take place. Chapter 1 was the rise, Chapter 2 was the fall, and Chapter 3 will be him at the peak. Fantastic Series either way even if Rocky isn't dead (as this is just my theory), just makes more sense to me for him to have died (also Indian Cinema Formula says his love died so he has to die).

Most of the dialogues is written by Yash itself for both the chapters and also Yash involved each and every department of tge movie. Even script Prashant Neel said in an interview i blindly follow Yash.

The story starts with his mom saying when you die you have to be the richest guy in the world. And every line his mom said have a significance with his death, In part 2. She says all the gold is from the ocean and he says he will gift all the gold to her , next she says he decides his own death and he chooses his own death, he doesn't have anything to live for he lost his mom,wife, unborn baby. So he dies with full filling the promise he gave to be richest guy when dies, giving back all the gold to the ocean because his mom is not alive and decision of his own death.

Climax according to me is a good one. It’s not clear whether he died or not director want us to believe he died and if he doesn’t have good storyline then he wouldn’t have give the impressions of chapter 3. His character has gone to extreme so that end would have been like this only. No individual can fight the whole state machinery and institutions. According to me you guys are overthinking about the climax. In the end what he was doing is illegal so ending should be like this only. Suggestion for next movie reaction from my side is Pushpa Part 1 or RRR( Rise Roar Revolt).
