She says all the gold is from the ocean and he says he will gift all the gold to her , next she says he decides his own death and he chooses his own death, he doesn't have anything to live for he lost his mom,wife, unborn baby. So he dies with full filling the promise he gave to be richest guy when dies, giving back all the gold to the ocean because his mom is not alive and decision of his own death.
