Isn't this a brand new courtroom? Like spanking brand new? The way it's organized is a mess, plus, there's no provision for technology. Seriously, white paper pads? someone can say they think something is odd - but what if they are odd? who is vouching for the person who is testifying that they are not actually bonkers. When a prosecution resorts to presenting gossip, personal opinions and conjecture from random silly people as evidence - surely surely it is obvious that the cops have not really done the hard yards. It isn't enough to think someone is odd (different to you) and that they have done some things that have not been even asked about (or that the person who is within their rights to not speak to them) and are not explained when that is ALL they have.
