Sorry to say this Kunal, this was not the right way to eat pavbhaji 1 add some ‘kanda’ 2 thoda nimbu 3 mix the whole thing with butter 4 last but most important, dip some paav 2-3 times into bhaji and take as much as you can with that pav piece Note: spoon is an illusion which can be seen for mixing purpose only (As you ate it at 16:14)

Canon was always my favourite since school days. Me and my friends used to hunt pav bhaji across mumbai be it Sardars, Canon, Bhagwati, etc but I always loved Canon because of their lasoon chutney and simple taste. Sardars pav bhaji had too much butter and hence people were crazy. I used to eat without butter pav bhaji at sardars and it was okayish.

You MUST try Pavbhaji at 'Jain Sweet and Bhelpuri House' located just outside Kandivali west railway station. Amongst all the so called best Pavbhaji's I have had in Mumbai, This is THE BEST PAV BHAJI EVER. ( No.1 according to me.) 💯 (They also serve scrumptious Chhole Bhature...another must have!) Kunal how can you miss Maruti Pav Bhaji at Pavanhans Juhu. It’s easily the best and tastes like no other! It has burnt coconut, Indian garam masala, lot of coriander and lemon besides many other spices. Ingredients are so good, it’s almost medicinal. Caution! It is spicy. Order their babu pav that’s with no spice but super tasty. Spice levels are 2 notches above regular. But totally worth it!

Asli Pav Bhaji mein bhaji ka test sirf oil se aata hai.... preferably with groundnut ya koi bhi vegetable oil.... and yes.. you can have your pav soaked in butter tossed with some bhaji and masala...add to your platter..some raw kanda, roasted papad and chilled buttermilk instead of cold drink... you are done. 👍🏻❤🥰🤗

Unpopular opinion - Canon Pav Bhaji is over rated and so is Sardar Pav bhaji. I've tried each of them at least 5-6 times in past 15-20 years. Both places are unable to provide the taste which I initially experienced in mid 2000s.
