He tries everything from their signature dishes like Cajun-spiced potatoes, crispy corn, and butter garlic prawns to delicious mouth-melting kebabs, Lucknowi Biryani and how can we forget the dessert, Shahi Tukda. 😋
Barbeque Nation was founded in 2006 and its first outlet opened in Khar, Mumbai, introducing the concept of live grilling at the table, which was relatively new in India. Being one of India's leading casual dining chains, it pioneered the concept of “over-the-table barbeque” live grills embedded in dining tables, allowing guests to grill their own barbeques right at their tables. 🔥

Making you a correction Kunal ji, in Lakhnow, chefs aren't called Ustad but Maharaj, the king of Kitchen. I am from Kolkata but living in Mumbai and as you know we Bengali has a very close relation with Lakhnow regarding foods

Tunday Kebab is not a dish but a restaurant in Lucknow, and they serve galauti kebabs. Further in Lucknow, there is nothing called "Nawabi Parantha". The paranthas served with the Awadhi cuisine at the Lucknow restaurants are cooked on an upside-down griddle. So, the paranthas are usually called "ulte tawe ka parantha".

See we should never force a restaurant like this due to various causes. Restaurants try their best to prevent Food wastage. sometimes they might serve Yesterday's items to prevent losses. Dear Kunal ji, neither are the parathas authentic since the original is thinner much bigger and cooked on Ulta Tawa nor the Biryani, which is not Lucknowi, as it topped with Coriander and others. Lastly Sir, Tunday Kebabs are a Brand since the original creation is called Galouti Kebab...
