Thanks! We find the magnetic connection is very tight when using it with the Apple Leather case, as there is more friction. With the plastic case or directly attached to the back of the iPhone, it can move around a bit more.

Yes, the Khadas Tea will appear as a hardware output for any app on iOS.

Is this sound better than ifi go blue and fiio btr5 ? I want the best portable dac sound for desktop and I can use it outside, and it can suppert 32bit under 200$ is khadas tea the best one?

BTR5 or 7 and KA5 are way superior in power and quality so will will depend on your music stream service (Tidal, Qobuz, etc) and most importantly your IEM’s. I personally recommend FH7s

Not sure I understand why this versus the $10 apple dongle if you're gonna use IEMs or headphones that don't require the added power...

Apple dongle is good if you want to listen to apple lossless audio with your IEM and headphones but if you want to listen to high res lossless then apple dong can not do that and that’s where these comes in. 😊

I'm still trying to figure out if the following setup will work: I connect my iPhone to Khadas Tea with usb/ lightning cable and then from dac I stream music to my Sony WH-1000XM3 bt headphones via bluetooth using high quality codecs like LDAC or Aptx HD which these headphones support. Any thoughts on that? Or maybe I'm totally wrong and bluetooth connection is possible only between the dac and music source, in this case iPhone?

Hi there! What you are after is a bluetooth transmitter - the Khadas Tea can only RECEIVE bluetooth signals.
