Light Source Color 830 is short way of representing CRI 80 and CCT 3000K. Correct me if i am wrong
@EngrAhmedMahdy Жыл бұрын
Hey Siyam, Nope, look at the corresponding values of CRI and CCT for each code, you will find it is not always the case: www.bltdirect.com/lampcolourtemperatures

Please explain to me how to get value of UF=0.5 and MF = 0.8 ? because I am still confuse it.
@abdullahmasroor9522 Жыл бұрын
Random Values Utilization factor is normally given by the manufacturer maintenance factor is the value used to compensate for the lamps getting dirty and all. The lower the MF the higher the number of lamps.

You don't consider the length of luminaire
@EngrAhmedMahdy10 ай бұрын
Hey Jerry, This example is for illustrating the manual calculations procedure. You can assume that the luminaries are of the spot type. However, in practical design, we don't manually design the lighting in a room as explained. We actually utilize the Dialux Evo software to do this required procedure.

For residential apartment how it be for lux Residential spaces: a. Living room - 100-200 lux b. Bedroom - 200 lux c. Kitchen - 300- lux d. Bathroom - 300 lux will this be enough
@EngrAhmedMahdy Жыл бұрын
Hey John, Usually when designing the values can be found in the electrical codes like IEC and your country electrical code to get lux range for each room. I can't attach an image to the comment to help you.
