Your nipple line shouldn't be allowed to go below the top of the table. When in this position it has nothing to do with strength or technique. Opponent can't do anything other than hyperextend the elbow and that isn't going to happen arm on arm.

scientific fact: AAs have denser bones and larger hands 90% over non AAs. The hand size and not just length but GIRTH of the finger bones and palm bones is definitely an advantage. It means the muscles and tendons around them can be bigger and stronger as well. So, genetics in sports plays a huge factor. It gives someone a good foundation IF they want to go that way and have the willpower to do it. For every pro anyone, there are 10,000 out there just as potentially good who simply didn't go that direction for one reason or another. Khaled prob will be great at some point if he keeps up, from the look of these vids. But what do I know?

Classic Michael "Lay under the table" Todd laying under the table even against a complete amateur! The kings move is such a sleezy style that really needs to be banned. No one likes seeing that garbage just look at the comments in alot of matches! Hutchins would have beat Larrat in 2019 without the lay down cheesy king move it was still used even though Hutchins was a lesser weight class with shorter arms. Its progressed from actual arm wrestling to belly flopping on the floor! Fully extended arm is unpinnable in most cases! Sad to see the sport degrade to people laying down to win!

Devon your older video on the hustle strap suggests that the advantage goes to the guy without the buckle because he gets wrapped last and gets extra leverage from the bottom strap connecting with his wrist/forearm.
