I have seen the videos even during the heavy rain and it was good to see that the houses were intact, people were happy and that was much needed after the flood those people faced in 2022.

Well I am personally working as Engineer in the project, SPHF as an organization trying it level best to maintain integrity, Transparency, Credibility of the project.Their Intentions are true, Now the people and lower staff has to fulfill their responsibility for the success of Projects while ensuring quality parameters and within time.

There is no middle person and that makes this project different from others, not only because you're empowering the benefiaries but also because the dedication a person puts in building his own house can never match the dedication of any external builder.

A house made by the person is one thing but then there is an NGO that overlooks and certifies the construction shows that SPHF is setting some standards for the houses. I'm assuming this is the reason why the houses are still intact even after another rain spell in Sindh.

True that Asian Development bank and ISDB do not give donations without any transparency. And if you would have used a person instead of a banking channel, I think these organizations wouldn't have cooperated.
