As a lawyer let me just advice you as follows. The moment you see cops arresting someone in such a polite way just know things are bad for him in terms of evidence. The cop doesn't need to be rude and harsh to intimidate you into revealing information because he has all the goods on you (in this case i can assume the sale agreement, import documents, emails and text messages and bank transfers). The cop is very confident and pockets while he tells the mum that this is a totally different case. Kairo, seems to be aware of it and doesn't seem to have told the mum the whole truth.

My dad alinyoroshwa gari actually twice. Its not a small thing. The first time we exchanged a car for a prime piece of land. The guys went ahead and resold the land. We did nothing to them but Mungu yupo. To date wanalia. I pity them. Second car tulinyoroshwa kirinyaga road. But hio haikuwa na papers. We just returned it and at least the seller refunded 3/4 the cash. Gari sio jokes. I pity his mom. Very Sad.

Enyewe huyu pilot amebreach contracts mingi. Maybe kuna delays za deliveries from Japan and paperwork but still alimake promises to clients and he has not fulfilled them. Though he is a public figure and he has not ran away. I think he did not foresee many business issues since he is still young in the industry. I do not think his intention was defraud them.

He is lying, one of the people who bought cars for him said that they contacted the supplier directly to see if the car can be released. The buyer paid 2.2 million for a BMW but the supplier is saying that Kairo did not pay a single cent. Kairo, had a credit arrangement with his suppliers that they would ship the car and once it is in Mombasa Kairo would pay. In the case of the BMW it arrived in Mombasa port but since Kairo has yet to pay a single cent the supplier has refused to release the original documents and Kairo can't clear the car. Now KRA and KPA have put up the car for auction for unpaid duties and port charges. These are not typical business issues there are no delays with paper work or logistics. He simply took money from a client, instead of paying the supplier, he asked the supplier to ship the car on credit. Now that the car has arrived he has no money to pay for the car which shall be auctioned by KRA. Meaning the supplier will have to be payed for that car and the buyer will also have to be refunded.
