Great video for young fighters/athletes to see what training should look like. Strength work, power, speed, agility, endurance, technique, it's all in here! And done without a bunch of super fancy equipment or state of the art facilities. Standard barbells, a heavy bag, some resistance bands, a couple training partners. Just need the knowledge and/or a good coach to guide you, and the work ethic to carry it out!

Conspicuously absent from this training monologue is Chimaev doing any specific endurance cardio like sets of stairs or even just running. More than anything, that is the work he needs to round out his game. If Rob survives the blitz and Khamzat looks like he did vs Burns and Usman in R3, the championship rounds will be a bloodbath.

I think Rob can take him out early. He has fought both better wrestlers and better strikets. Also Rob is an animal and is much bigger than any of Khamzat's former opponents.

@@fluxeorswndic Rob can take anyone out as he is truly that elite. Aliskerov was no joke and Rob embarrassed him. But he’s also a bit chinny and has been KO’s 3 times by guys who got in his face and pressured him with striking (Thompson, Adesanya, and Dricus). That’s exactly the attack Chimaev will bring, but along with it will come his insane grappling. Can’t wait for this one.
