Khamzat is most favored to beat any MW on the roster. He should get the next title-shot, especially because his last fight in Abu Dhabi was advertised to be for the next MW title challenger. However some disagree because they think rankings (that are voted on by MMA media of all sources lol) are actually representative of a fighter's abilities. 🙄

Alex Pereira got title shot after 2 /3 fights in UFC. I don't know what is the problem between Chimaev & UFC. Chimaev has call out so many fighters like, Adesanya, Whittaker & Costa etc. But none of them didn't accept. Chimaev can't fight against himself.

If any fighter pulls out of a fight they should lose their rank to the opponent. That being said, Khamzat should have Costas rank, not #9. Too many fighters hold their ranking hostage.

Well, if they are going to do Du Plessis vs Adesanya next, then I think they should do Chimaev vs Strickland. That's a really good fight. Winner fights the winner of Du Plessis vs Adesanya. Also, Du Plessis vs Adesanya should be in Africa. If ever the UFC wanted to go to Africa, this is the fight should go there with next.
