I survived war in Bosnia during 90s... As a kid i saw the suffering, killing, everything destroyed,no food,no water,no money.. just dark sadness everyday.. funerals, blood, tears, destroyed citys..... If you read this ...i wish you never see a war in your place from bottom of my heart. Nowadays we have wars and people pick sides like its a football game and that people probably dont have idea what is war at all.... I hope one day there will be no wars in this world. Let people live this life, its the only one we all got and its so short but so priceless. Stop the wars, let the kids live in peace❤

I'm from the US. My dad was involved in a military campaign we called Bosnia Now. He told me stories of things that happened over there. They had orders to never drive on unpaved roads due to the very real chance of running over landmines. I can't say I know what war is like. But i am glad you were able to make it through. Salaam =)

Sorry Brother. The world forgot you then. We all knew what was going on and thought well wishes were enough. This is often the case. Part of my family was part of a war torn country as well. We in the west idolize these hard men. As warriors. As the epitome of Masculine virtue. We don't realize these tough men never got to be happy boys. As BJJ black belt, physically tough dude (Just a little creakier in the joints in my old age), I am glad I did not have to grow up like my father. He insulated me from his trauma. My kids are monsters of little guys. Much Bigger and stronger than I ever was. Of course I want them to wrestle and box. But more than anything I want them to be sensitive, happy and loving to all. I would rather them be men of charity and peace, than warriors. If necessary they can learn to be hard men. But first they must be gentle. Helpers. It is easier to teach a scholar to be a warrior, than vice versa.

That question brought back his whole childhood in a flash. He needed that though, I feel like he's not acting himself after the initial success with very questionable behavior. He wanted to make money like Conor a bit too quick and it's obvious that is not his personality. A silent cold killer he is but he's not an asshole.

@@UserName-sw4pm agreed, if it was a movie, it would be that moment when after all of his cringy behavior and a questionable win, when he became too focused on the money, this girl would bring him back to his roots. So he would become an undisputed champion, a peace ambassador and later a coach for this girl's brothers and others like them. I wonder what will actually happen, though.

Keep in mind like half the guys in UFC sleep at the gym right this second because even most UFC fighters are functionally homeless. They can't even afford rent after paying for food, medical, and coaching with how little they get paid. 30k a fight is NOTHING. Half that and more gets skimmed immediately by your team.

Why would you think otherwise ? When you have seen and experienced horrible things, you realize that people demanding compassion and empathy aren't the ones who deserve it. It's the people who expect nothing, suffer in silence, and struggle to ask you for such innocent, immaterial things, that are worth it all. It is the innocent kids, who have a future to build, not the adults who destroyed theirs, who deserve help.

I'm happy to see Khamzat never forgot where he came from or what he has had to endure. He understands the importance of being solid and that he sells the fight but behind the scenes he is humble and he doesn't have to talk about his opponents dead relatives, or people's families, religion, etc. I hope that we get to see him fight soon after seeing how real he is, and how he cares about people who are not rich or powerful and who have had a tough life because he wasn't handed anything everything that he has he has trained his ass off almost died from Covid yet continued training and anything that he has earned he has had to literally put his life on the line and fought for all his success... Khamzat fight Shavkat and Noone will ever doubt your ability this has to be a title fight because someone is walking out of the octagon without the 0 loss in his professional career some guys never are the same after losing or after winning but taking significant damage. I wish Khamzat and everyone in the world the best in the upcoming new year let's come together for World Peace before our world is in pieces. In War nobody truly wins we all lose in some aspect.

Darn... wasn't expecting that ending. A grown woman crying like a baby. Took me back to when I was growing up in a civil war, the sacrifices my parents made to flee the country. Luckily we, as a family, made it out together but we left everything behind, a home, a car, my toys, just fled with the clothes we could carry. My heart goes out to all the children who suffer the most because they just can't understand what's going on.

@@mljcoolhe said "When kids die its really bad. Christian, Muslim, Jewish... It doesn't matter. Let us all live in this world together. Pease guys!"... Of course I'm paraphrasing, and I love his message, but what about the part of Islam that calls you to wage jihad against the non Muslim world? Those tears come from his heart and his heart comes from God. That has nothing to do with Allah. Maybe he would say you are right but he can be morally sincere and correct and still be wrong about who God is. Islam doesn't preach peace. Christianity does. I'm glad that someone with your reach is shedding light on this side of Hamzat. He is a phenomenal fighter who trains ruthlessly & that's all most people really know about him. As a chechen I get to hear what he says in russian & in chechen languages too, so it's easier for me to understand him a bit better than that, but it always left me wishing that other fans & just everyone in general could see this side of him too. So thank you for this video.

Those tears in his eyes are from the mercy that Islam teaches. All credits of his good behavers is to Allah and I promos he would not disagree. The favorite sport Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) was wrestling. That is why Khamzat favorite sport is wrestling. The mercy he have is result his bowing down to Allah the all mighty. When prostrate your self on the ground to the All Mighty that will take any arrogance out of your hart and will have mercy instated.

I wouldn't say it broke him. Rather, I would say it touched him. Every warrior is recognized by feats of physical prowess and courageous action. Great Warriors are also recognized for this. That, and a heart worth it's weight in gold. Can we not honor a Warrior whom is not afraid to shed tears for the plight of children?

That “darkness” in his eyes is reality breaking his mind with how we treat each other, and him going into wolf mode, wanting to kill everything that’s ever hurt that little girl. I don’t have much in common with khamzat but we share that instinct

What I noticed is out of all fighters who are arrogant and egotistical, chasing fame and money living sodom lifestyle, the 2 greatest toughest fighters but at the same time the most kind, the most beautiful human beings are these two Muslim fighters from Chechnya. The moral values these two fighters stand for is infinite. So much respect for them, BRAVO!!!!!!

I’m a refugee from war torn country…people 90 of the western world don’t know war…they only know what they hear on tv…but to experience war first hand is something else. To live without water and electricity and plumbing at a refugee camp stays with you forever..it either makes you want to succeed or destroy you.

As a Syrian War survivalist, all men that has survived wars and the horrors ignited by the lords creations haunt us day and night, even in our sleep. All what we wanted is peace and not war but we have given power to the wrong people where they will sacrifice alot of people carelessly about those who pay the price of war. May god bless us all
