Electromagnetic waves are made up of Electric and Magnetic fields. Which field contributes more energy or do they contribute the same? What is the total energy in an EM wave? And how can analysing capacitors and inductors lead you to estimate the energy of EM radiation from the SUN!!
Let's explore all of this!

how to objects stay the same colour - if the frequency of the re-emitted photon is dependent on the frequency of the photn the electron absorbed, how does an atom continuously produce a photon of the same colour/ why is an atoms colour constant?

Now, this is a big maybe, but maybe as to see the color of that object atleast for humans, the wavelength of the re emitted electron must lie in the balmer series of hydrogen spectrum, I know it's not valid for multi electron system but what if for color the re emitted electron just jumps within the same energy system giving the same color every time. Please suggest something if you've found the answer. Thank you!

Because the light that falls over things is constant that's why light emitted by them is constant and if we change the falling light then there colour will change too you can do this experiment by using a coloured bulb in your rooms during night when there is no sunlight
