This song reminds me of how useless my dad made me feel as a child, and then how i wished for his demise; and then he took his own life a week later. This song is closure for me to be rid of such a horrible human being.

All of Khanate's stuff is pretty intense, and I find it astounding how emotive and depressing the lyrics are. The lyricist(s?) must be in a very dark place :( However, I think Khanate is talented enough (and unique enough) to hang with the very best of the Drone gods... in fact, the lyrics help them attain their niche!

i honestly wouldn't even put them in the drone/doom catagory. there is like little to no doom left in their song structure, a lot of drone/doom still has those stonery riffs and that classic metal feel. I feel the drone label on this, but it's not just doom metal it's something else
