Wow and wow! My grandparents came from Gwalior through Bhopal and settled in Karachi, Pakistan. All my eid clothes were either chooridar pajama suit or gharara. I still love wearing gharara as it never goes out of style. However, looking at her amazing collection, I am awestruck! Such beauty and artisanship. I loved the "tukdi ke kam ka gharara" Superb! No comparison to Lucknow's culture in its culinary arts or finesse in dressing. Thanks for sharing!

I am lucky to inherit few such things from my Naani Ammi. So precious! We don't see such things today.
