14:40 Iron fists does not get reduced. That's the main reason that that 16 is ever worth taking. Every third hit is buffed from 45% damage to 155% damage, raising the net damage from 2.7 auto attacks' worth to 4.9 aa's worth of damage.

it would be fun if fists of legend was baseline and activated on any of the three passive choices after a certain amount of autos or a level tier like 10 or so, and the lvl 20 talent gave the three pasives at 100% effectiveness
