Kharitonov’s ONE-PUNCH KO against African Assassin in just 35 seconds! Fight against Sokoudjou

In the main event of M-1 Challenge 80 that took place in Kharbin, China, on June 15, 2017, Sergey Kharitonov took on Rameau Thierry Sokoujdou aka African Assassin!
Young and talented Cameroonian Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou took the MMA scene over in 2007 when he smashed two Pride stars Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and Ricardo Arona being a huge underdog in both fights.
No one can say how Sokoudjou’s career would develop if Pride FC wouldn’t be sold and closed soon after that. He had a chance to fight in the world’s biggest organizations - Dream, UFC, Bellator, KSW.
His record is far from perfect, not everything in the fights went as planned, but Sokoudjou fought every fight with the clear intentions either to knock opponent out or to be knocked out by him.
Finally it was time for him to fight at M-1 Challenge event, because he was the only person who took the fight against Sergey Kharitonov just on two-week notice.
It was the fight where both fighters wanted to finish each other as soon as possible, that’s why it was so intense and entertaining and was, not surprisingly, ended by the brutal knock out.

He's got very heavy and accurate hands but he's always been kinda chinny. He also gets too excited and overcommits, leaving himself open. He kinda reminds me of Arlovski actually lol

It’s because he started at such a high level, he fought Ricardo arona in like his 3rd fight lol, needed way more experience before going big and he could’ve been better than a journeyman because he only really lost to good fighters and beat Jan Blachowicz, Matt Hamill, Kaz Nakamura, Little Nog and Arona
