Regarding experiencing stress in pt.1; I think you are absolutely right. There is more than one reaction to stress. Some people are able to put it down on a to do list and some people have a much more emotional reaction to it. One reaction isn’t better than the other but it is important to recognize that it might not impact you the same way it does someone else.
