खसीको पक्कु बनाउने सजिलो तरिका / How to Make MUTTON PAKKU / Nepali Food Recipe

येसरी बनाउनुहोस पक्कु सारै मीठो हुन्छ:

2 kg goat meat
1 tbsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
3 tbsp homemade meat masala Or
2 tbsp cumin and coriander powder
2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
4 tbsp mustard oil
1 lemon juice (optional)
Add 2 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom pan
Add cloves, green and black cardamoms, cinnamon stick and bay leaves
Cover and cook for 3o minutes (flame should be low medium)
Cover and cook for another 25 minutes (medium flame)
