I start by giving some explanation and maybe will shed a different light on this piece for the listener to enjoy this sonata more as well as sharing what are for me some significant and impactful moments in this piece.
About Laurent Boukobza:
A Parisian native, he is a prize winner of many international competitions including First Prize in Piano from the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris. A recording artist with many CDs, Laurent tours widely in Europe, the Americas, and the Far East.
His teachers included Catherine Collard, Germaine Mounier, Yvonne Loriod and Michel Beroff. Laurent has been organizing his own International Music Camps in Europe every year in July. More details at www.LBMusicCamp.com.
Laurent Boukobza has performed in Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Romania, Singapore, Taiwnan. Poland and the United States.
In the process of recording the complete cycle of all 32 Beethoven Piano Sonatas, the CDs, which have been endorsed by a major world renowned label, should be released in end of 2023!

Bravo ! Quel contrôle du son ! C'est vraiment parfait (on voit que tu es pro). C'est ciselé, précis, au millimètre. Encore une découverte très intéressante pour moi. Grâce à tes explications en effet la 2ème écoute est différente, on apprécie davantage ce morceau très particulier et assez fascinant. J'aime bcp ces rythmes et cette ambiance qui au début ne me parlaient pas. Merci pour cette petite masterclass. Continue avec ce format, c'est vraiment top, surtout quand on découvre une oeuvre.
