Khatia is like poetry in motion 🎶🎶. No one has the grace and sole with spectacularly beautiful entertainment. She is the only one that combines with the whole orchestra to make it a truly beautiful memory. I’ve heard that Liszt wrote music that was near impossible to play, well he didn’t bank on Khatia ! Thank goodness she is young and we have her for many years to play in the future. 🎹🎶🎼🙏🏻

Also Miss.Khatia Buniatishvili is adopting Schubert songs which were arranged for piano by Franz Liszt. What is her purpose? It would be studying the singing with piano. Yuja wang did it too. Therefore, Schubert Serenade played by Khatia has become an unforgettable thing.

Whether you like an individual piece by Liszt or not (I'm not a great fan myself, with conspicuous exceptions), he was a deeply kindly man who wanted to promote the music of this great and yet then almost-unknown "new" composer, Schubert. He and Brahms and Schumann played their part in a labour of love. It was one of Liszt's many acts of altruism - so three cheers, It's also true that an increasingly romanticised style of interpretation seems to be with us at the moment: amongst male pianists just as much as "Broads" Sometimes (as with Yuja Wang's "Vocalise" at the Verbier festival), this works wonderfully well, Sometimes..not. It's the consistent gratuitous abusiveness and bile of You Tube debates that make a little piece of me die. Can we not just buy "Mr Broads" a years's subscription to "Hustler" - if only he'll shut up?

I do not have a copy of the score, so I cannot say for sure if it is interpretation or was written in this fashion, but in a few instances it appeared to me some of the chords were staggered (wrong terminology?). This gave a feeling of depth, almost of 3-D to the music. Understand, I am not a pianist, nor even a musician, but rather a life-long lover of beautiful music. I thoroughly enjoyed Khatia's interpretation of one of the most beautiful pieces (in my opinion) of Liszt's. The depth of feeling of Schubert's music is enhanced by Liszt's transcription.

Really beautiful . The only downside to the listening to live performances, especially the beautiful quite pieces, is you will invariably always have some idiot in the audience who has to make distracting noises .
