Bro when I do mask in zbrush , My masking Pen blur The edges of mask How can i make perfect and sharp mask edges?

Well it depends. first make sure you have enough polygons for your mesh . for example 100k points. First mask out. Then Go to "Masking>Sharpen Mask" ..you can also use pen shortcut."Hold Ctrl+Alt" and Tap on to the mesh using your pen to sharpen it

@@Khatri3D Holy crap I never knew this. I just always divided till it was smooth enough then went back down to my original layer and deleted the higher ones. Time saver.
