Khayelitsha is neglected: Mashatile

Mashatile was speaking in Khayelitsha during his visit in the run-up to the party's January 8th Statement as part of its 113th anniversary programme. The anniversary celebration will take place on Saturday in Khayelitsha. Mashatile says they will ensure that no one gets left behind...
Also, ANC National Chairperson, Gwede Mantashe and the party's Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula will be visiting various areas in Cape Town this week.

Fact is that there is not enough money to uplift the previous disadvantage people and places in this country. A large part of the taxes that were supposed to be used for these over past 30 years went to enrich a small portion of the elite including Mashatile. He can sell some of his assets and reduce his salary and still be able to live a comfortable life and then give those proceeds to the poor.
