Thinking about it, it makes sense they'd dig into expanding dwarf lore. They're one of the most neglected original races in terms of lore next to gnomes. The latter ofcourse having gotten Mechagon but dwarves don't really have too much going on besides the feud between bronzebeard and wildhammer clan and the dark iron clan. Besides the dark irons I don't think the bronzebeards and wildhammers have a lot of history

The name Khaz Algar is interesting because when dwarves say Khaz it pretty explicitly refers to Khaz'goroth. For a home away from Titan control, naming it in honor of a Titan is an odd move. Khaz Modan is said to mean "mountains of Khaz" in Chronicle vol.1 so Khaz Algar might mean something like "island of Khaz" or perhaps the word Algar is related to the yet undefined Algaz.

Blizz went out of their way to show us in 8.3 that we were in a “vision” of N’Zoth by hun explicitly telling us that as well as the Wrathion fight not being what we thought it was. So I wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t actually kill N’Zoth but only a vision of him

If they keep adding new islands at that point they re a bunch of clowns. Like the game right now have so much potential, we don't need idk what new type of enemy models, we don't need any land that nobody knows about in the lore, we don't need any new thing. We need them work with what they already have, like so much wasted zones in Eastern Kingdoms and Kalamidor, just merge those old zones into 3-4 zones per continent, update those capital cities and make them unique, make the player to visit them each of them for specific stuff. In poor words simpler things are better.

or as an idea for the sword, using various magics and tech, shoving it out and then Bam, falls west and makes a giant fuck off land-bridge, we only see how much is sticking out and we aren't entirely sure exactly how deep it goes. so we could get a choice of crossing the bridge to the other continent or going down into the earth, like how in cata where you could go underwater to Vashj'ir or jump down into deepholm. It'd be nice to have some choice where to go again rather than the streamline from one zone to another and then only on an Alt when you get one character to max level do you get the choice on how to do zones.

You know i just thought of something. So when a mortal dies, they go to the Shadow Lands. But lets look at that. Humans came from Vrykrul who came from Titan Constructs. So if a human dies why do they go to the shadow lands and not say the plan of order? Following my logic? Wouldn't humans have order magic still? Or did the "cruse of flesh" just undo all of that? Where do titan constructs go? If they went to the SL equivalent for order wouldn't that mean so would humans, dwarfs and gnomes? But why SL? What makes is so that they go there and not somewhere else?

No, there is like 100 new weird systems to get used to. Work orders are dumb. The story is locked behind rep or "Renown" levels. If you want a different color for your dragon be ready to grind for over a month daily to just get a different color drake. They come out with a new patch and all the stuff from the previous patch are compketely unimportant unless you are stuck grinding for something. The story is... OK....

The more I see these lore videos, the more I hear people theory crafting what's next, the more I realize WoW has jumped the shark. WoW has dug to deep. It's gone too far into the mysteries of the lore, and revealed too much. It will never be the same and it can never feel the same as pre BfA. When we fought N'zoth and destroyed Ny'alotha in a patch, we should have known this. Then Shadowlands came and it just affirmed this whilst havning a piss on the ashes. There is nothing that will fix this. The lore and stories told in WoW were taken over by people who either didn't like what it was, or that didn't understand the appeal it had. I used to describe Warcraft as a believable version of Warhammer (oldworld Warhammer). Dragonflight sure as shit cant be described as such, and that really, really, sucks.

I wish I could scream this in the writers ears: Cosmic forces and gods need to be distant from the on-the-ground player experience. That distance is actually a function of their authority, and when you close that distance, you rob the players of that experience. It’s not a god anymore if it’s just a guy standing there doing idle animations. What’s better? There are very tiny references in the games about a lost continent people went to find but that no one has returned from the trip. Old books in the world, wasnt big on island expeditions but some could be in item flavour text there. Not exactly worded like that and to be fair they could've easily been referencing Vashir, Dragon isles or Pandaria

I play a dwarf and I like getting more lore for the people I love, but I wouldn't mind just going to a new zone/continent and just exploring and adventuring. Not fighting malicious gods, not preventing the world destruction, just being people in a new land.
