A beautiful gated community, but no maintainance, greenery is is dying.... even though maintenance team is there , a very casual attitude.....

Since Last 8 years it has not been occupied by humans. . You can find birds, lizards, snakes, chameleon, skunk, rodents, squirrel, dog, cat, rat, bat, mat, etc. . They have better brains and so aptly utilizing the flat before it fall off as do most flats built by KHB and BDA. . The only missing animals are Monkey and Humans. 🤧🤧🤧

What happened to Suryanagar Phase 4 development? Work was supposed to have started in 2015 itself. Is it cancelled by the Karnataka government?

After the Vaikuntha Samaradhane of all the phase 1, 2 and 3 owners, the issue will be raised in Parliament. Will get update only after that. 😔😔😔

Here are the pros and cons Pros 1) Documents title might be clear to some extend but need to take legal opinion compulsary as some of the owners are having several allotments within same family members 2) Having access to hosur NH and sarjapur road 3) Most of the sellers accept black money 4) Kaveri water may come in >5 to >10 years timeframe 5) Land alloted for park Cons 1) Many of the sellers are behave like gundas who may not have paid KHB maintenance fee which needs to be verified 2) Ensure khatha documents are transferred properly 3) Severe power cut/electricity issues 4) Quality of the construction extremely poor and most of the wall have water seepage 5) Too much of maintenance fee for zero amenities development 6) Zero shops are exist inside the layout and its not allowed either 7) Serious theft issues exist 8) Some of the sellers demand more advance amount by saying i paid lot of bribe for allotment hence they try to cheat you 9) Borewell not allowed 10) Need to pay for water tanker after 3 refill 11) Large layout with several sites are vacant(90%) inspite of completed several years ago 12) Sites are overly priced for the facility that you're getting 13) Handling corrupt KHB officials become tiresome after sometime 14) All the lakes inside the layout are heavily polluted due to nearby hospital waste water pollution 15) Need to pay maintenance fee for both KHB and local panchayat as per sale deed conditions 16) Some of the survey numbers are having litigations and water logging issues hence you need to spend lot of time in scrutiny of the title 17) Very very difficult to purchase a resale of sites without seeing bunch of useless brokers 18) Several sites are having conditional sale deed with owners hence through review of documents are advisable

Hey this is not Kerala Or sikkim single number lottery. This is lottery where common man never gets winning numbers because there is no such numbers. All the pre-bookings would have been done by the big money people. For common people they will give sugar candy 🍭🍭🍭 to keep licking. 😁😁😁

In 3rd century BC when Alexander invaded India, this flat was there and built in full, but not occupied. . Then vascodigama came to india. Columbus discovered America Babur created mughal empire Shivaji created maratha empire India got independence. Rahul baba became INC PRESIDENT. I took my flat behind this building. A crore children born after 2014 till now are growing fast. . Meanwhile this building still like that. Not occupied. . Next 15 years I will retire. Next 15 years I will leave the world. . Then life will go on and on. . Then in 3797 the global sink due to rising water will take place. . This building will still not be occupied and will be visible deep in the ocean. 😏😏😏

Last I checked, almost all of the 3BHKs are occupied. This is the best rate per SFT that you can get in this neighborhood and the flats are spacious both inside and outside common spaces as well.
