I recommend Sarjapura area for so many reasons, mainly for the returns one can get by investing now and wait till Bengaluru peripheral ring road, Hosur Airport, KIADB industrial park, Sarjapura metro are all complete and see the land appreciation then. Secondly less polluted than other prime locations. Have too many schools and can reach without getting stuck in the traffic. I’m loving this area already.

First thing is during recent floods areas affected were the east bangalore because they are on the catchment areas, pls ensure awareness of these. Secondly drinking water west of bannergatta rd is thru water tankers. Not a comfortable place to stay. Plus traffic is high. Very uncomfortable and inconvenient city.

As a North Bengaluru resident since 2012, having witnessed all then chaos in the name of development, I assume that by 2030 North Bangalore will be another concrete slum with no water and crumbled infra. All the larger apartments are already at the mercy of the water-tanker mafia, greenery gone, roads are broken.😢 It reselmbles the begining of any apocalypse movie

So true. We are staying in Bengaluru for more than 5 generations now. Literally Bengaluru is our hometown. It's a boon as well as a bane to watch the city losing its charm 😢. Hi Ashish, it’s always a good to do this. I suggest do a proper survey of the markets for warehousing that side, applying relevant parameters and doing a self assessment, before you go for it.
