1 cup chana dal ( 200 g )
¼ cup moong dal ( 50 g )
¼ cup urad ki dhuli dal ( 50 g )
¼ cup toor daal ( 50 g )
¼ cup dhuli masoor dal ( 50 g )
¼ cup rice ( 50 g )
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil
( TOTAL GEHU, JAU AUR DAALEIN ARE AROUND 1 KG AND MEAT IS AROUND 1½ KG )
1½ cup oil ( 350 g )
4 onion ( 2 cup )
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp chili powder
4 tbsp coriander powder
1½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1½ kg mutton
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 black cardamom
8-10 green cardamom
8-10 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
