Ingredients
rice : 1 cup
chana dal : 1/4 cup
moongdal : 1/4 cup
urad dal : 1/4 cup
toor dal : 1/4 cup
onion : 1 big size
oil : 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
green chilli paste : 2 tbsp
tomatoes : 1 medium
boiled mutton mince: 3/4 cup
coriander powder: 1 tsp
garam masala powder: 1 tsp
chopped coriander & mint leaves
kasuri methi: 1 tsp
lemon juice & ghee for garnish
whole spices: 2 cardamom, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 bay leaf, 6 black pepper corns, 5 cloves
