All the beaches were crowded with foreigners. 15th December to February was the peak season time. मैं एक होटलियर हूँ और मेरे दो होटल है एक जैसलमेर मे और एक उदयपुर मे। आपको अब सही बताता हूँ मैडम ,गोवा ही नहीं ,हर जगह यही हालात है ,अपने होटल कारोबार मेरे आसपास के कारोबार सब ठप थे इस साल । लोगों के पास पैसा नहीं है ऐसा लगता है और ये व्यापार लगातार ३ साल से दिन दिन गिर रहा है और इस साल और बदतर है ।मैंने ३ साल गोवा भी होटल चलाई है ,जितना व्यापार है उससे ४ गुना यदा भाड़ा है वहाँ ,गौर करना वहाँ कोई भाड़े के होटल वाला २-३ साल से ज़्यादा नहीं टिकता ,और दूसरी बात ये ,बुरा माता मानना लेकिन गोवा के लोकल लोग बिल्कुल वेलकमिंग नहीं और टूरिस्ट से चिढ़ते है ,टूरिस्ट सिर्फ़ उनकी मजबूरी है ।

In 2023 I had been to Goa. Seen loot everywhere. Taxi, restaurant, parking etc. seen locals abusing a family from Gujarat. Anjuna, Baga beaches are completely filled with illegal structures upto the sea water and no beach is left. Parking everywhere Rs 100/- . No proper service in restaurants. I have just returned from goa... The problem is people have no money and the prices of food, shopping have reached its peak... People can hardly buy.. To top on that the cost of transport is become high to add on rising hotel stay prices.. People can go to srilanka. Malaysia with 75 percent of money spent in goa.. That's the real scene

You are lucky if he asked only 1500 because that's the genuine rate. Usually, they ask anything Rs4000-6000, they even 10000 as well in peak season

Mu son has worked there. In absence of cheap taxi/three wheeler,it was very diificult for him to commute from office to residence & vice versa. Ultimately he left that place.

I shifted from Pune to Goa after purchasing a villa in Sanquelim in November 2020. I am an artist also and wanted a villa in serene location. Within 4 years me and my wife got fed with the Place Goa and shifting back to Pune. I am staying in Sanquelim near Harvalem Waterfall . This is CM’s constituency. But no taxi service, no proper Hospital , electricity is always having shutdown. People are very arrogant and greedy , no personal touch. They are looting at every step. Me and my wife are fed up too much and now shifting back to Pune. My small hometown in Maharashtra is more developed than Goa. My biggest mistake in buying Villa in Goa though my house is very beautiful . Warning that nobody from outside Goa should buy the property here !!
