koko has always been beautiful inside and out. Why she has listened to people and made all the changes to herself its such a shame she is still pretty but she was pretty before also. And i so wish it had worked for her and Lamar. Khloe looked great. After watching this video, I understand why she wanted to stay with Tristan and have children with him. If I was Khloe and I had embryos with Tristan, I would bring at least two or four more to term. Khloe wants children and Tristan is willing to provide the sample. Who cares what people think. Go full speed ahead and bring those embryos to term. You know how hard it is to find another willing participant interested in creating children.
