Chhum reap sure brother General: so simple, but catfish you needs to take the bone out because the bone it makes the bad smelt more than the meat, i done so many time that why i knew, i don't like bone stuck in to my throat so i used the catfish like you did, good to put a lot of salt, but it too salty try my method 3 to 1 that mean 3% fish 1% salt it just right, not too salty and work the same, i made 10LBs catfish 3LBs of salt bone less, i kept for 3 years now it no more smelt catfish at all , but bone and skin have to be taken away meat only no fat ether, brother i can eat raw after i kept for 2 years, Blue gelt and croppy are the best pro hok i made, brother i just found your v d o in 2023, or kun chhum reap lea👍👍🙏🙏🙏❤.
